These terms form the agreement between you and IT GAME LLC ("we", "us", "our") covering GambleMaxing at
gamblemaxing.com. Opening an account or using the site means you accept them.

1. No real-money gambling, despite the name

GambleMaxing is a free-to-play social casino provided for entertainment. The games are not real-money
gambling. Nothing of value is ever wagered and there is **no opportunity to win real money, prizes, goods or
anything else of value**. Coins, credits and all other in-game items are virtual, hold no monetary value,
cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred or cashed out, and are licensed to you for use inside GambleMaxing
only. No purchase is ever necessary to play. Because nothing real is at stake, GambleMaxing is free and
lawful to play in all 50 United States and Washington, D.C.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. We may ask you to confirm your age and may suspend any account we believe belongs
to a minor.

3. Your account

Give accurate details and keep them current. Keep your password private. One account per person; do not
register more than one and do not use anyone else's.

4. Optional coin packs

Playing costs nothing. A coin pack buys virtual items only, carries no real-world value, and **all such
purchases are final and non-refundable** except where the law or the relevant app store requires otherwise.

5. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit defects, run bots or scripts, reverse-engineer the games, attack our systems, or
infringe anyone's rights. Accounts that do are closed.

6. Ownership

GambleMaxing, its games, artwork, text and branding belong to IT GAME LLC or our licensors. You receive a
personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use GambleMaxing for your own non-commercial entertainment.

7. Liability

GambleMaxing is provided "as is", without warranty. So far as the law allows, IT GAME LLC is not liable for
indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

8. Ending the agreement

Stop whenever you like and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches
these terms or where necessary to protect GambleMaxing or other players.

9. Governing law

Governed by the law of the jurisdiction where IT GAME LLC is established, setting aside conflict-of-laws

10. Changes

The current version always sits at this address with its "last updated" date. Continuing to play after a
change means you accept it.
